30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@galla.studio.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@galla.studio to request a return.
  2. You will receive return instructions and, if your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will address the issue promptly.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
